TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Islamic Center of Berlin plans to hold special Quranic programs during the holy month of Ramadan.

Iranian Qari to Attend Programs in Berlin in Ramadan

 

According to the center’s website, the programs will start at 6:30 P.M. every evening before Iftar (fast breaking dinner).

They will include reading a Juz (part) of the Quran, teaching Quranic concepts, recitation of Iftitah Supplication, and recitation of Quran by prominent Iranian Qari Abdol Vahid Jafarzadeh.

There will be also speeches with religious themes by Hojat-ol-Islam Niknejad (in the first half of Ramadan) and Hojat-ol-Islam Khodaei (in the second half).

Jafarzadeh was born in the Iranian capital of Tehran in 1965.

He learned the Quran with prominent experts like Mohammad Ghaffari, Ali Arbabi, and Seyed Mohsen Khoddam Hosseini.

Jafarzadeh has won a number of titles in national and international Quran competitions, including the top prize in Syria’s international Quran contest in 1991.
