Student Quran Competition Held in Turkey
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Quran recitation competition was organized for students in Sivas Province of Turkey.
According to Haberler.com, the Ulas district of the province hosted the competition, which was held on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
Many Quranic activities including Quranic competitions have been underway for students and children in different parts of Turkey since the beginning of the holy month.
Turkey’s Religious Affairs Organization (Diyanet) organizes or supervises religious and Quranic programs in the country.
Distribution of 55000 copies of the Holy Quran in different languages in 17 countries during the holy month of Ramadan has been one of the activities of the organization this year.
