Winners of Contest for Selecting Top Quranic Talents Announced
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The organizing committee of a Quran competition held in Iran to select top Quranic talents announced the winners of the event.
The nationwide competition was held earlier this week and concluded on Friday.
Teenagers from all over the country competed in the Quranic event showcasing their talents in recitation of the Quran in different styles.
The Dar-ol-Quran al-Kareem Organization held the contest to identify top talents among boys under the age of 15.
According to the organization, Navid Nahand from East Azarbaijan province, Mohammad Mahdi Talebian from Qom, and Mehdi Jafari from Fars were the top contenders in the styles of Qalvash, Minshawi and Mustafa Ismail, respectively.
