Workshop for Quran Teachers Underway in Afghanistan
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Iranian Cultural Center in Afghanistan has organized a training workshop for Quran teachers in the city of Herat.
According to the website of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the educational and cultural centers and institutes of the city have cooperated with the Iranian center in holding the Quranic program.
The workshop started on July 30 at the Quran and Etrat Complex of the city with the participation of a group of principals and teachers of Herat schools.
Promoting the Quranic knowledge of Quran teachers is the main objective of the specialized program.
The 12-day workshop includes morning and evening classes and the participants will be given certificates by the Iranian center and the Quran and Etrat Complex at the end of the program.
