Iran Judiciary Quran Contest to Kick Off Today
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The final stage of the 6th Quran competition for the personnel of Iran’s Judiciary will start in the holy city of Qom on Wednesday.
A total of 240 Quran activists from different parts of the country have reached the final stage.
They will compete in different categories, including Quran recitation, memorization, Tarteel, and Adhan (call to prayers).
The competition is held in two separate sections for men and women for two age groups of under and above 16 years.
Winners of the contest will make it to the national Quran competition held by the Awqaf and Charity Affairs Organization.
