Renovation of Ali ibn Mahziar Mausoleum Underway in Ahvaz
TEHRAN (IQNA) – Renovation of the mausoleum of Ali ibn Mahziar Ahvazi, a prominent 9th century Shia scholar, is underway in Ahvaz, southwest Iran.
Ali ibn Mahziar was an early and prominent Shia Faqih (religious jurisprudent), narrator and scholar. He was a companion of the ninth, tenth, and eleventh Shia Imams (AS).
